Hi,
can you give me a more detailed description of the washing process for the Super Flex? Is this material washable in water or only in IPA? On the amazon page it says water washable. Mostly i use water washable resins. Can it be combined with Super Flex? Which ratio is best for combining? How long do the printed parts to be cured? I use an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K and the Elegoo Mercury Plus v3.0. Thanks for your answer.

Thank you for using SuperFlex.
We recommend to wash a printing with any type of alcohol, includingIPA(isopropylalcohol)and ethanol if you use Engineering resin as like SuperFlex.
even if we recommend to use warm tap water and soap for the printing with SuperFast 4k and 8K.
in case of using SuperFlex, a printing might be sticky after clean.
The best way to remove the surface stickiness is the underwater (under glycerin) post-curing 10mins.
1.After print, remove the excess resin by compressed air
2.If you want, quick cleaning with IPA less than 5 mins, or acetone rinse
3.Then 5 mins quick curing, then another 5 min curing underwater (under glycerin)
The sticky surface is not induced by excess resin, the oxygen in air cause curing inhibition during post-curing.
The best results we saw were only by compressed air cleaning + 5 mins post-curing in air + 5 mins post-curing under water.

-. Slicing : 50um
-. Bottom Layers : 10.0s
-. Normal Layers : 1.5~1.8s
The above conditions are expected output conditions and may require fine adjustment depending on the output environment and model shape.

The recommended shelf life of SuperFlex Clear Resin is 5 years fr|om the date of manufacture, provided it is stored under proper conditions.
The expiration date is printed at the bottom of the label on the bottle.
For your reference, products manufactured more recently will show an expiration period of 5 years fr|om the manufacturing date.
However, some earlier batches may display a 2-year shelf life on the label.
We revised and standardized our shelf-life policy this year, extending it fr|om 2 years to 5 years based on updated internal validation.

Regarding your inquiry, please see the information below:
The density of general liquid resins such as the STANDARD SERIES and ENGINEERING SERIES is approximately 1.05 to 1.15 g/cm³.
However, as an exception, the SuperRigid has a relatively higher density of approximately 1.32 g/cm³.
After curing, the density typically increases by about 5% to 10%.

10993-5 bio-compatibility test.
It can be used for the medical device
printing, however SuperFlex & SuperElastic are not certified as medical
device.
The device printed of made of the resins
should get the certification as a medical device, not the resins.
