3D printing service 'Scoop' has produced a facility model-ATI Korea AccuSizer Mini LE.

 

Due to the fact that the facility model was for exhbition entry, it has been scaled to 500mm. Which is approximately the half size of the real object.

 

Various techniques has been used for the model and one of them was of course, 3D printing.

 

 

The 3D printed parts for the model has been printed by resin printers using 3DMaterials(3DM) water washable resin.

 

3DM resin has a great advantage for post processing. Large amount of parts has been finished by sanding, cleaning and other professional methods.

 

 

Pantone color has been used for reference in order to paint the 3d printed models with the most similar color.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After painting and drying, it was time to dig in for assembling!

 

 

 

By simply setting the tablet and the cover at the appropriate area and designing a carrier-like case, it was ready to travel for the overseas exhibition!
