[Fast Curing]Unique photosensitization technology developed by 3DMaterials allow for curing 50um layer in 1.3 sec with monochrome LCD like Anycubic Mono and Mono X.
[No Burr Formation]Faster than Any Tough Resins in The Market, but Less Sensitive to the light leaked from LCD, no burr, no thin film even after 50 Hours long printing. [Tough & Durable] Revolutionary oligomers developed and synthesized by 3DMaterials allow for 3D printing parts with stiffness and durability at the same time. [High Modulus with High Elongation at Break]SuperPP has 1.4GPa tensile and 1.6GPa flexural modulus with 25% elongation at break. [Compatible to All LCD Printers]Unique photosensitization technology make SuperPP compatible with all printers from ANYCUBIC including Mono & Mono X, Creality, Phrozen, Pruda, QIDI, ELEGOO, LONGER, NOVA, Voxelab and all kind of regular and mono LCD 3D Printers.
[Environmentally Friendly]All 3DMaterials Engineering resins are certified and compliant with most of environmental safety rules and compliances worldwide including RoHS, EPA Method 610, California Proposition 65 - Phthalates Content.
[Low Shrinkage]SuperPP is formulated for 3D printer using LCD panel with low shrinkage oligomers synthesized in-house and monomers enhancing dimensional stability after post-curing.
[Low Viscosity for Precision Printing]SuperPP is optimized for LCD system. Its’ very low viscosity allow for extremely high-resolution 3D printing of objects with 35um resolution. [Super Series]SuperFast (0.6 Sec Curing for 50um Mono LCD), SuperFlex (Flexible Like TPU), SuperRigid (Glass Filled 5.0GPa Modulus), SuperElastic (Flexible Like Silicone) are also available as Engineering Resin options from 3DMaterials.
I am having printing issues with the holes in the print object getting clogged. These are holes several millimeters long with a thread pitch of 5mm to 2mm in diameter. I use a Halot Mage Pro.
Recently purchased SuperPP resin and cannot wait to try it out! I would like to know the exposure settings for Elegoo Saturn 2 8k since they're not present in the resin sheet, thanks a ton! What is the curing time for SuperPP inside Mercury XS Cure station (can't find station's cure power in mW/cm2 or J/cm2), I see it can be longer but how much longer, please?

==================== 답 변 ==================== Hello, thank you so much for using SuperPP, we recommend the same setting of Mars 2 for Saturn 2 8K. For 50um slicing, Bottom Layer 5.0 Secs and Printing Layer 2.0 Secs. Unfortunately we don't have data for Mercury XS Cure Station. We recommend 10 minutes with 20mW/cm2 LED power
I use IPA to clean the print but it is still very sticky any advice for washing it, try with hot water and soap as it says on the package but it doesn't work I don't know if it's because of the time since your recommendation is less than 5 minutes

==================== Reply ==================== Thank you for using SuperPP.We recommend IPA or any type of alcohol for cleaning.
IPA give the clean matt surface. If it is still sticky, there are two causes possible.
Residue of resin: Please try sonicator bath with IPA for 2 ~ 5min or use a brush for cleaning with IPA
Uncured surface: SuperPP need more power for post-curing, please leave it in weak post-curing machine for more than 40 minutes, or couple of hours at good sun light give good matt surface.
Using something like the Anycubic Wash and Cure station, how long should the print be cured for? Is there a "best curing time" for the clear Super PP or SuperFast resins to maintain clarity and minimize yellowing?

==================== Reply ==================== Thank you so much for using SuerFast series. Anycubic Wash and Cure station has low LED power, it is designed for regular standard resins, not for engineering resins like SuperPP, SuperFlex and SuperRigid. It takes at least 60 minutes for complete cure of SuperPP. If possible, please use more powerful post-curing machine available in market or, few hours in good sun-light could be another easy option.
